650sqm of BBA approved Addaset resin bound porous surfacing has been installed by Addagrip approved contractor, E.Williams Landscapes, for one of McCarthy & Stone’s latest retirement living developments.
Wykeham Court in Hampshire is a Platinum Range development comprising 31 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
E.Williams Landscapes was asked by civil engineers Aeropark Developments Ltd to provide a smooth, seamless surface for a car parking area that would provide a natural looking aggregate surface but with no loose gravel. A 6mm Addaset Dorset Gold aggregate blend was selected and installed following the landscaping of the gardens, providing a decorative yet practical, low maintenance area for parking and access.
