Cleveland Sitesafe manufactured two new pavilions for Cowley and Bessingby Bowls Clubs to replace obsolete buildings. The new pavilions were designed to the same layout and style as before.

The roof was covered with Dakota mineral felt shingles. The outer walls were clad in a shiplap pattern using Thermowood that has been left to weather naturally.

The interiors feature large open circulation spaces, toilets, changing areas and open plan kitchens.

Heating and cooling is provided by air-source heat pumps serving wall-mounted air conditioning units.
