Addagrip approved contractor Coatech Ltd installed 770sqm of Terrabound resin bound surfacing at the new student accommodation development at Penglais Farm as part of the £50 million pound project at Aberystwyth University.

Thomas Contracting appointed Coaltech for Balfour Beatty to install Terrabound in an Autumn Toffee blend to the walkways around the new accommodation complex. Terrabound was chosen because of its excellent porosity and hard wearing properties, providing the University with a low maintenance, seamless surfacing system that is SuDs compliant.

Coatech worked closely with the principal contractor to ensure that access was maintained for other trades and that the accommodation would be ready for the new term.
