This scheme was based around a prestigious new commercial office development in Leeds that was to include a public realm space as an important aspect of the overall project.
The client, property developer MEPC Ltd, aimed to create an attractive outdoor space that would provide a relaxing outdoor environment for workers, as well as serve as a communal space that the general public could also utilise.
Artform worked hard to align and combine the individual visions of the architect and end client to achieve a successful end result that all stakeholders were happy with. The company achieved this by providing a consultative approach to the product choice and materials suggested.
These choices included stainless steel, granite and sealed corten steel, each of which were recommended for their combined qualities of high-end aesthetic appeal mixed with proven durability within urban spaces.
By diligently selecting a range of design-led external furniture from Artform, the completed project has resulted in a sophisticated and popular external space that enhances the local area and will be enjoyed by a wide variety of people for many years to come.
The success of this project was further confirmed by the inclusion of Artform products on subsequent phases of the ongoing development.
