Lancasterian School is for children between 3 and 16 years old from throughout the Manchester area who have physical, medical or communication difficulties.

The school's existing play area really did not meet the requirements of either the teachers or the children.

Having spoken to another local school, Massey & Harris was recommended as a company who could complete the entire project, including redesigning the layout and manufacturing the equipment.
