This mainly new build academy costing £20M is part of the Riding’s Federation of Academies, specialising in Maths and Modern Languages, the demolition of the old facility and building of the new has seen us provide different product in a phased development.

Critical to the success of the scheme was a large outdoor dining area with extensive tables and benches. Budgets were tight so we came up with a highly cost effective solution. The first visit saw us install the steel legs, we then pulled off site whilst the tarmac was laid to the entire area with us returning to build up the structure off a safe level finished grade.
