New war memorial building at Capel-Le-Ferne, Folkestone
Addagrip approved contractor, Total Protection, has installed the pathways around The Wing, The Battle of Britain Memorial Trust’s new visitor and education centre at Capel-le-Ferne in Folkestone, Kent.
The Wing was unveiled by Her Majesty The Queen in March 2015; the project itself involved the installation of 263m2 of resin bound gravel in 6mm Rhine Gold and 6mm Trent Terrabound, laid at a depth of 18mm. The work was carried out over 2 very cold days, with Total Protection and the client working closely to ensure the project deadline was met.
Total Protection received the original enquiry for this project from EPPS Construction in April 2013.
