Elcot provides and implements plans to control and eradicate knotweed in environments ranging from major commercial and property development sites, to railway embankments, road verges and residential property.
Knotweed management plans
Elcot has developed methods and systems that can be used in different scenarios. Based on attention to detail and a combination of rigorous controls, the methods are time-proven and effective.
Elcot's principle of good knotweed treatment is to focus on the exit strategy of each job and work backwards, enabling construction programs to be maintained.
Clients are offered a complete assessment of all issues relating to a site, including risks on adjoining sites, supported by photographic and documentary evidence as required. Treatment programs are then specified at a fixed cost to suit site conditions and client requirements. Periodic monitoring of treated sites forms an integral part of the contract to ensure that knotweed issues have been dealt with effectively.
Programs are tailored to site conditions and client requirements.
