Existing self-binding gravel pathways were due to be replaced at a nature reserve in a residential development in Staffordshire. The Residents' Committee had been considering options to create new pathways in keeping with the rural environment yet practical for all-year-round visitor access.

Members of the committee had visited the Addagrip stand at Grand Designs in October 2014 and seen the featured Terrabase Rustic path. They liked the rustic appearance of the product and were interested to learn that installation could be achieved without the need for an asphalt or concrete base, with minimal digging and without the use of heavy machinery.

The 200sqm installation of Terrabase Rustic Gold was carried out by Addagrip approved contractor Resin Bonded Surfacing over a 2 day period in November 2014, resulting in a natural, rustic looking pathway which provides excellent drainage through the surface and directly into the sub base.
