Addagrip approved contractor, Total Protection (GB) Ltd was appointed by main contractor, Feltham Construction, to undertake a resurfacing project at St Georges' Junior School in Weybridge, Surrey.

Over 1400m2 of Terrabound resin bound surfacing has been laid at the school, with almost 1000m2 completed in the first phase of works, carried out during the six week school summer break.

Careful co-ordination was required in order to complete the required surfacing areas in the limited time frame, with deliveries of materials arranged to accommodate minimal access and arriving on separate, smaller vehicles.

The client specified the patterns and opted for a combination of 6mm Rhine Gold Terrabound and a bespoke Terrabound blend to meet design requirements. The design was completed with an aluminium edging detail to create a defined and decorative border between the two materials.

Phase two of the project is expected to be completed in 2015.
