Addastone Plus resin bonded surfacing
As part of the £5.5 million regeneration of Alexandra Park in Manchester’s Moss Side, Addagrip approved contractor Coatech was asked by Principal Contractor Balfour Beatty to install resin bonded surfacing to the area around the new pavilion.
The system selected was Addagrip’s Addastone Plus resin bonded surfacing in a Trent Pea 3-6mm aggregate, which complemented the park’s natural surroundings. In total, 385m² of resin bonded surfacing was installed, providing an excellent anti-slip finish surrounding the pavilion.
Coatech worked closely with the client to ensure that the Park remained open to the public throughout the installation and that the area was ready for its grand reopening event in August.
