Solution
Lang+Fulton supplied four 1800mm high bin stores designed from their modular system of Italia-80 steel panels which provide 80% visual screening. A special 50x50mm RHS galvanized bump rail was fitted to the interior for added protection from the industrial wheelie bins. Two installations were 4m wide, the other two were 5.2m wide. The gates were supplied with anti-lift drop bolts and euro-profile locks; the posts were fitted with base plates for ground fixing.
500 metres of 1800mm high Roma-3 fencing with flat bar posts was also supplied for an adjoining boundary with a cranked extension to one section. All steelwork was hot-dip galvanized and polyester powder coated in silver RAL9006.
