NatraTex® were approached to produce a surfacing course that reflected the local stone colour of Torquay and its surrounding areas.

Solution

At the time the company did not produce a suitable colour but attempted to find a natural stone colour to satisfy both the council and local residents. Stone was sourced from a nearby quarry in which they were able to use in conjunction with the renowned clear binder system to produce a suitable surfacing course to suit the cliff footway

Outcome

Since the project, the colour has been into the NatraTex Colour® product range, and this has proved to be very popular
