The creative potential of Billy Bounce wetpour safety surfaces was exploited working to a strict budget at the new Kiddlywinks Private Day Nursery, Penrith.

RTC Safety designed and produced a new play surface incorporating a colourful road with line markings, splashes, footprints, flowers, parking bays and a hopscotch. The main background was a black / blue fleck to help minimise costs but appear colourful.
