Lorenz von Ehren Nurseries supplied trees for Chavasse Park in Liverpool. Chavasse Park is the largest green space in the city centre and was highly commended by the Landscape Institute at the Landscape Awards.

The park was mostly planted with birch, oak, swamp cypress and cherry trees. They were chosen to help create a relaxing public space.

Planting included:

  • Betula jacquemontii multistems, overall height 700-900cm.
  • Taxodium distichum, girth 90-100cm.
  • Quercus robur, overall height 700-900cm, overall spread 300-400cm, girth 50-60cm.
  • Prunus avium Plena, overall height 700-900cm, overall spread 300-400cm, girth 45-50cm.
