Challenge

Designers working on the Compton Acres project in Bournemouth wanted a natural stone finish that would enhance, blend with and complement the world-renowned historic gardens.

The surface also needed anti-slip properties to make it safe for public use, especially for its high proportion of elderly visitors.

Solution

Meon's DekorGrip Resin Bond surfacing system in Bauxite Buff was specified for the project to match the aesthetics of the environment and provide a safe, durable, non-slip surface.
