A practice with over 25 years experience in every aspect of landscape design, from original conception of ideas, through the planning process, to project implementation and landscape management.

Liz Lake Associates was founded by Liz Lake in 1985 and has steadily grown to a practice of 21 people. The first office for four people was opened in Stansted Mountfitchet in 1989 at the bottom of Chapel Hill. 

A major factor to the practices' success has been the number of repeat clients who keep coming back and still working for companies that came to them in the 1980s. Having undertaken nearly 1600 projects in the last 28 years, Like Lake Associates is a well-known, established practice with a strong network in the East Anglian region and connections to a wide range of clients, other consultants and local authorities.

A new office in Portishead, near Bristol opened in 2013 in order to service clients in the southwest and South Wales. This has also extended the practices' working area into central England and the Midlands.
