WoodBlocX - external seats and benches

Building benches, seats, tables and chairs has been part of the WoodBlocX offering since its inception back in 2001. Initially we developed a planter & bench combination, the idea being that those who were less able could use the bench as an aide to their gardening work. From there things have developed dramatically. We have worked on projects nationwide adding seating solutions to a number of Unite Student accommodation builds, new home development sites as well as public gardens and spaces.

With our own workshop within the larger sawmill here in Scotland, we have been able to continually develop our offering and refine our street furniture. Small details, like the end caps and buffer rings between the bench slats have all been borne out of the notion that we can always improve. There is no space to stand still in this industry.

Our modular system allows us to develop solutions that fit into any architects plans, we can work with you to develop items that fit your needs exactly, not force you down a “off the shelf” route.
