Greenfix Soil Stabilisation & Erosion Control - mulch mats

A natural fibre mulching mat is designed to provide optimum establishment and survival rates for newly planted shrubs and trees. Plants are inserted through the mat, which promotes rapid growth. Once established, the constituent parts of the matrix degrade, leaving natural organic matter for continued protection. The product provides soil and plant mulching, non-chemical weed control and soil erosion protection for more than two years from a single installation, virtually eliminating maintenance costs. Bitumen and synthetic mats are also available.
