Agrovista Amenity is a wholly owned specialist amenity division of Agrovista UK Ltd, the premier supplier of agronomy advice and crop protection products to the UK arable, vegetable, fruit and protected crop markets. The business is part of the global Marubeni Corporation.

In 2019, Agrovista completed its acquisition of leading sports turf, landscaping and horticulture business, Maxwell Amenity. The acquisition brought together two of the most experienced and progressive teams in the sector - Sherriff Amenity and Maxwell Amenity.
