Lightways is was formed in 1978 and operates from 3 depots across central Scotland, with over 150 employees. The company's unique appeal to clients is the ability to undertake surfacing and street lighting projects using only its own specialist, fully qualified staff.

• Surfacing – reinstatement, construction and reconstruction of all carriageway and footway surface types including asphalt, setts, grano, blocks and slabs.
• Street lighting – Installation of standard, specialist and LED units on streets, footways, cycleways and car parks. High mast installation and refurbishment.
• Street lighting maintenance – proactive and out of hours reactive service for local authorities and housing associations.
• Festive lighting – supply, design, installation, storage and refurbishment of all types of features.
