Timber footbridges - hardwood and softwood
Timber bridges can be made from solid hardwood or softwood, dowel-laminated hardwood, or glue-laminated hardwood or softwood. All timberwork is designed to BS 5400 and BS 5268 or Eurocode 5 with a design live load of 5kN/m2. CTS holdS an FSC certificate for the supply of bridges made with FSC-certified material. Available in kit form

Design options
Timber beam bridges - lengths up to 10m; can be supplied in kit form.
Dowel-laminated beams or timber truss - options for longer timber bridges.
