Context

Kinley's Fort edging was used to provide durable and weather-resistant boundaries at One Thames City, a linear park in Nine Elms, London with award-winning hard and soft landscaping elements.

The project included specimen trees, a central lawn with amphitheatre seating, and a water feature running along the length of the site, with biodiversity enhancing aquatic plants.

Product supplied

Fort roll-top steel edging was used around the water feature and pathways to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. By installing the edging without use of cement Kinley was able to avoid grass dieback.

Outcome

The result is function and visual appeal, with durable weather-resistant boundaries that improve the longevity and aesthetic of the park.
