ACTI’Fit equipment consists of a range of items used in sports environments for an enjoyable, athletic outdoor gym experience. Products are ergonomically optimised to provide access for all and permit multiple applications both when exercising and relaxing.

The play-themed spirit that characterises the ACTI’Fit range is expressed in every item of equipment and at the dedicated designed stations. Users can have fun on the trampoline while working on their cardio and abs; they can keep ‘the spirit level bubble stable’ on the turntable while improving their balance and body rigidity. The central column of the structure offers a meeting place, clothes storage area, and warm-up space with functionality to support this.

Each item of equipment has been designed to offer a variety of exercises and offers the opportunity for progressive improvement in performing each activity.

ACTI’FUN app

Details of the various actions can be found by scanning a QR code for each item. Users can target specific muscle groups or strengthen their cardiovascular system. The app provides access to a wide range of exercises that can be combined to create a personalised training programme according to level of expertise, physical condition and motivations. Users can:

  • Watch videos of the exercises to be performed, including adaptations and difficulty levels to work through

  • View the muscles worked by the exercise

  • Choose sports targets according to their user profile

  • Save choices and results in a history

  • Track progress and repeat a session

From young teenagers who are in the process of building up their physical condition, to elderly users who want to carry on leading an active life, everyone can choose the programme that is right for them.
