R G Carter, established in 1921, used their specialist design, engineering and construction services to deliver two new offices in Cambridge. The topsoil of choice, for the planting areas around the offices, was BS3882:2015 & NHBC Accepts compliant, Landscape20. The Landscape20 was placed at a depth of 300mm in the raised planters and used for the semi mature trees planted around the offices. The raised planters were planted with Lavandula and Carex Testacea.
The Landscape20 was supplied in 235 bulk bags and 120t by 8wheeler, 20t, lorries. Damian Woods, the project manager, said “We have used Landscape20 on a few sites around Cambridge and we have always had great results. It is always consistent, good quality and the service we receive is great too. I have full confidence in British Sugar TOPSOIL’s products and will continue to use them in the future.” The Station Road, Cambridge Offices, will be home to Apple and Fora.
