Overview
Cycle parking for 96 bicycles has been installed for the new, purpose-built Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy in Birmingham.
Broxap Street Furniture worked with contractor Wates Construction to provide seating, litter bins and door barriers as well as the cycle parking provision.
The new school, for 11 to 18-year-olds, includes a three-storey teaching block, sports hall and winter and summer sports pitches.
As well as 94 car parking spaces on site, equal weight has been given to green travel parking.
Project detail
Broxap designed, manufactured and installed four Cambridge Junior cycle shelters for the site. Their galvanised steel frames were powder-coated black, and clear roof cladding applied.
