The Treetops 4-seater, laminated larch beam, traditional-style seesaw can be used as a standalone item in any play area. It is designed with a natural aesthetic, but with a modern twist.
The main support beams are constructed from Glued Laminated (Glulam) Larch, a structural engineered wood product comprising of a number of layers of dimensioned lumber bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives. Glulam benefits from being more dimensionally stable than whole log sections with no shakes or twisting or warping. The structural strength is comparable, or exceeds the strength of steel structural beams by weight and all Glulam beams within the range have an oblique cut top to prevent water ingress and galvanised steel shoes as standard.
