The Treetops Mangrove multiplay unit has up to 14 activities offering different levels of challenge, designed with the age of the user in mind and to discourage access by toddlers. These include a step ladder, Mangrove climber and 1m-high, vertical double-sided vine climber. A sloped climbing wall, a liana rope climber, vertical rock climb and foot/hand hold access offer more challenging activities.

A ‘Spy Glass’ set into the 3m-high floor allows children to spy on the lowest floor and a double staggered ladder, with integral talk tubes, gives access between decks. The Mangrove tower comes with a 3m-high slide and incorporates a ramp starting station for a 12m long cableway.

A Treetops Tower without a cableway is also available for where space is more limited, along with a an option for having a stainless steel slide. To complement the larger units there are also four swing combinations and a seesaw.

The main support beams are constructed from Glued Laminated (Glulam) Larch, a structural engineered wood product comprising of a number of layers of dimensioned lumber bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives. Glulam benefits from being more dimensionally stable than whole log sections with no shakes or twisting or warping. The structural strength is comparable, or exceeds the strength of steel structural beams by weight.

All Glulam beams within the range have an oblique cut top to prevent water ingress and galvanised steel shoes as standard.
