The Time cycle stand (1 bike) is made in 60/10-thick steel. It is cone-shaped with a square base made in exotic hardwood, which is fixed to the structure on the upper part through specific screws. The structure is supported on the lower part by a specific laser-cut sheet 60/10 thickness, which also serves as a rail for the placement of the wheels of the bike. Time can be fixed to the ground through specific bolts (not provided) through 2 holes 10mm diameter.

For the realisation of this product, steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. This process is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester powder-coated with AkzoNobel RAL colours at choice.

The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
