Double-sided exterior drum clock for civic centre

A large double-sided drum clock with 1000mm skeleton dials was commissioned by Chelmsford City Council for outside the Civic Centre building in Duke Street. The skeleton dials were illuminated with internal LED lights. Both clocks are controlled by a clock resynchroniser which restarts them automatically after power failures, and is pre-programmed
