Steintec's Technical Director Steven Burton gave a practical demonstration of SuDS compliant, rigid permeable paving to delegates attending a BALI North Thames event hosted by CED Stone Group on Tuesday.

The day-long workshop at CED's Thurrock headquarters was well attended and as well as the live product demonstrations and practical advice, the objective of the session was to address the balance between the design and logistics of intalling a range of products and to look at ways of getting bulk items on sites with limited access. Many guests recognised the issue of being faced with practical problems mid-build such as how to best install a raised floor or how to get those bulk items on site when access is restricted?

As well aa the Steintec demonstration, there were live presentations from Hook-Up Solutions, SSC and Buzon. CED Stone demonstrated installation techniques for their popular wall cladding system, TIER and gave their guests a tour of their HQ and yard facilities.
