Priora is the UK’s most popular permeable concrete paving range.
It is available in 4 varieties and up to nine colours, and can be laid in herringbone, stretcher course, basket weave or random course patterns.
Priora is suitable for light to heavily trafficked permeable paving applications.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the launch of Priora, Marshalls created 9 sub-base design models surpassing the 6 designs currently available through the British Standard.
The new designs minimise the amount of imported aggregates that are used as well as the volume of waste off-site, consequently reducing both cost and environmental impact. They are suitable for all applications from light to heavily trafficked, with a “Ports and Docks” design specifically for applications with static loads.
Priora blocks have a patented interlocking nib design which creates voids. The voids allow surface water to pass through at a rate of up to 18,750 litres/second/hectare. The water is stored in a specially designed sub-base before being released from the system at a controlled rate.
Each Priora block is manufactured with 6 nibs, each with 8 different faces that interlock in 3 separate directions. The combination of the interlocking faces and angles maximises rotational interlock between blocks and reduces pressure on the laying course by up to 40%.
Marshalls' Priora is the only permeable paving block on the market to demonstrate full rotational interlock through full scale testing.
The new designs enable Marshalls’ fully qualified design team to be even more precise in their advice for individual applications.
