HMS have recently shown their flexibility to meeting the needs of their client for a housing development in Essex. The vast majority of our schemes are planned weeks, if not months in advance. The culmination of expert planning and preparation, site meetings and assessments and the ironing out the finer details with the client, all work towards a smooth installation.

However... sometimes we do not have quite so much notice!

Our clients know our installation crews work professionally and reliably in any environment, and occasionally HMS is called upon to defer a problem or accommodate a short notice change.
Sometimes with as little and 24 hours’ notice!

This can take a bit of emergency re-planning, but our clients know that HMS can be relied upon to help and adapt wherever possible. Our flexible installation crews can be split, or re-organised to
facilitate whatever the project may require of us. Coupled with our massive storage capacity at our head office, we almost always have a suitable product readily available, and in stock to
effectively and efficiently react short notice requests.

Our most recent reactive project came via one of our large main contractor clients who work for mainstream housing development companies.

On such large projects, with multi-disciplinary services simultaneously being carried out to strict deadlines, picking up a problem and finding a solution as quickly as possible can come as
a standard requirement!

On this occasion, our reactive team was dispatched to Essex to carry out a resin bound Decra®Set footpath to a large housing development, all completed in less than 24 hours’ notice from receipt of the original enquiry, without compromising on quality or level of service!
