Challenge
Fitzpatrick Woolmer was asked to develop an appropriate signage suite for the Sandringham Estate that would complement the brand, sit well in the landscape and provide clear messaging to visitors.
Sandringham House sits in a 20,000-acre estate in Norfolk and is the private home of Queen Elizabeth II. The Visitor Enterprises Manager, Garry Marsden, recognised the need for improved signage and wayfinding throughout the Estate.
Work undertaken
The company's design team set about visualising a range of welcome, wayfinding and advisory signs that would help guide and enlighten visitors.
All design concepts were approved by the client team with prototypes being presented for sign off prior to manufacture.
