The Lat Pull & Chest Press Combo outdoor workout station is designed to develop upper-body strength and can be used by two people at the same time.
The lat pull-down helps to tone shoulders, biceps and core muscles, biceps, latissimus dorsi, and rear deltoids in the pulling motion, while the chest press works out the chest, upper and mid abs, triceps, pectoralis, and deltoids in the pressing motion. Working these muscles will strengthen the back, arms and improve posture.
The ergonomically designed seat provides back support and the sphere handles offer ease of grip. Internal stoppers and rounded edges ensure maximum user safety.
The unit features a sturdy steel frame with powder-coated finish for increased durability and excellent resistance against vandalism.
The unit can be installed in 3 hours, fixed to a concrete foundation. It is supplied with a label explaining the benefits and also clear instructions for the user.
