Context

Vantage Point in London is a 17-storey residential tower, originally built in 1963. In 2017, a rennovation project was completed to convert this former office complex into a mixed use building consisting of 118. A key part of the project was the inclusion of a communal, landscaped rooftop terrace, for which Kinley supplied serveral key products.

Products used

Products supplied included RoofEdge aluminium edging, VersiJack adjustable pedestal support pads, Atria porcelain tiles and Terrafina composite decking.

Key benefits

Kinley's producs were selected for their stylish appearance, ease of installation and low maintenance requirements. The RoofEdge aluminium edging was also a key choice, since drainage was an important consideration. RoofEdge allowed the necessary lateral drainage whilst also being a sufficiently strong restraint for the soft landscaped areas.
