Caudal drinking fountain by Santa & Cole Urbidermis

A drinking fountain of simple geometric forms. Developed and improved in collaboration with associations of wheelchair users with a view to breaking down architectural barriers in cities and enabling universal use.

Materials and finishes

• Body made of zinc-plated steel sheet, with anti-corrosive protection and powder-painted brown.
• Anti-splash drain grate and interior plate made of AISI 316 L stainless steel.
• Nozzle and start button made of brass with matt chrome finish.

Installation

• The piece is delivered assembled and with anchoring instructions.
• The fountain is inserted 10 cm into the ground and fastened with a base plate with four bolts. The base plate and bolts are delivered with the fountain.
• Includes a pressure regulator and time flow control to economise and optimise water use.

Maintenance

• No maintenance required other than standard cleaning of the button and interior.
• If temperatures may drop below 0°C, turn off the water supply and drain the circuit to prevent freezing and breakage.
